Certification Body

The Certification Body (OdC) is the certification authority for programmes co-financed by the European Union, and is also responsible for the correct certification of expenditure incurred under the PSC.
This function is assigned to the acting Director-General of the Special Office of the Certification Authority.
In line with this function, the OdC also submits to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Cohesion Policies the requests for transfer of PSC financial resources, in accordance with the uniform procedures laid down by Delibera CIPESS 86/2021.
