The Regional Government, by DGR No. 98 of 27/02/2018, took note of the approval by Cipe (Delibera No. 52 of 10/07/2017) of the Action and Cohesion Programme (PAC) – Complementary Operational Programme (POC) 2014–2020.
The programming of resources for the Action and Cohesion Programme 2014–2020 – Complementary Programme of the Sicilian Region (as per Delibera Cipe No. 10/2015) was approved by the Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning, with Delibera Cipe No. 52/2017, in the amount of EUR 1,882.30 million, of which EUR 249.27 million were allocated to complete projects included in the 2007–2013 structural-funds programming and EUR 334.62 million to wastewater treatment interventions (as per Delibera Cipe No. 94/2015) assigned to the Commissioner-General for Wastewater Treatment. The total value of the POC 2014–2020, structured across 11 Axes, is EUR 1,633.03 million.
By DGR No. 212/2021, the Regional Government endorsed the reprogramming of the POC 2014–2020, subsequently approved together with new annexed acts by DGR No. 292/2021. The reprogrammed POC, structured into 6 Axes, totals EUR 2,071.71 million. Further Regional Government resolutions subsequently ordered targeted reprogrammings within the Programme.
Attached are Regional Government Resolutions No. 98/2018, No. 212/2021 and No. 292/2021, the other resolutions relating to the more specific subsequent reprogrammings, and DGR No. 68/2025, by which the Regional Government approved the latest reprogramming, bringing the POC endowment to EUR 2.56 billion.
