Advances 2021-2027

The framework for Advances under the Fondo Sviluppo e Coesione (FSC) 2021–2027 of the Sicilian Region was approved by Delibera CIPESS No. 79 of 22 December 2021, “FSC 2014–2020 and 2021–2027 – Allocation of resources for COVID-19 interventions (FSC 2014–2020) and advances to regions and autonomous provinces for interventions ready to start or to complete existing works (FSC 2021–2027).”
The FSC 2021–2027 advances have a total financial allocation of EUR 237,096,966.23 to cover 74 interventions and will, pursuant to the above resolution, be incorporated into the PSC 2021–2027 of the beneficiary entities in line with the relevant thematic areas.
The appraisal for selecting interventions was carried out by the Agenzia per la Coesione Territoriale based on the following evaluation criteria:• Public works: projects with at least definitive design;
• Procurement of goods and services: absence of a design level (given that the only possible level corresponds to executive design);
• Aid measures: proposals for which the administration is able to publish a call within three months of the resource allocation.

Attached to this section are Regional Government Resolution 411/2021—listing the interventions proposed by the Sicilian Region for appraisal—and Delibera CIPESS 79/2021 with its annexes, containing the interventions that passed the appraisal by the ACT.
