The governance of the Development and Cohesion Plan involves the identification of the following structures:

• PSC Coordinator
• Monitoring Committee (MC)
• Authority responsible for coordinating and managing the PSC
• Communications Officer (within the PSC Responsible Authority)
• Certification Body (CB)
• Evaluation Body (EVA)
• Responsibility Centers (RC)
• Implementing Bodies
