Monitoring Committee (PSC)

The Supervisory Committee (CdS) is the management and control body and is made up of various entities, pursuant to CIPESS Resolution 2/2021, including the President of the Sicilian Region or his delegate, the Director General pro-tempore of the Regional Planning Department identified as the Authority Responsible for the Plan, a representative designated by each Responsibility Center (CdR), and representatives of the Department for Cohesion Policies, the Agency for Territorial Cohesion, the Department for Economic Policy Planning and Coordination, the Ministry of Economy and Finance – Department of the General Accounting Office of the State – IGRUE, the Department for Regional Affairs and Autonomies, the Ministries responsible for thematic areas, and the Economic and Social Partnership.

The Governance of the Piano Sviluppo e Coesione (PSC) provides for the identification of the following structures:

• PSC Lead (Referente del PSC)
• Monitoring Committee (CdS)
• Authority responsible for coordinating and managing the PSC
• Communications Lead (within the PSC Responsible Authority)
• Certification Body (OdC)
• Evaluation Body (OdV)
• Responsibility Centres (CdR)
• Implementing Bodies (Soggetti Attuatori)
