This section of the EuroInfoSicilia portal presents data on the Department of Programming of the Presidency of the Sicilian Region, which is the Coordinating Authority of the Managing Authority of PO FESR Sicily 2014–2020 and PR FESR Sicily 2021/2027. It ensures linkages and alignment with programmes co‑financed by the European Social Fund (FSE), the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (FEASR) and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (FEAMPA). It is also the Single Managing Authority of the Italy–Malta Operational Programme 2014–2020 and the Interreg Italy–Malta Programme 2021–2027, as well as the Joint Managing Authority of the Italy–Tunisia Cross‑Border Cooperation Programme 2014–2020 and the Interreg VI‑A NEXT Italy–Tunisia Programme 2021–2027.
For national programmes under the Unified Cohesion Policy, the Department is the Responsible Authority for the Development and Cohesion Plan (PSC) of the Sicilian Region (covering FSC programming 2000–2006, 2007–2013, 2014–2020) and the Managing Authority of the Complementary Operational Programme (POC) 2014–2020. It is also the Sole Responsible Body for implementing the Cohesion Agreement for FSC 2021–2027 resources.
